Mission & Philosophy

Our Mission

We believe in Jesus as our founder and that faith in Him guides our lives and moves us to action. We complement the role of the family as we work together to provide students with a quality Catholic education that promotes strong Gospel values, academic excellence, social responsibility, as well as an appreciation and respect for the dignity of life. Sacred Heart Catholic School is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Western Catholic Education Association (WCEA).

Our mission is to mold students who will be...

Our Philosophy

We are committed to giving our students a firm academic and spiritual foundation rooted in Catholic, moral and religious values.

We acknowledge parents as the primary educators of their children.

In partnership with them and in a faith-filled environment, we foster a deepening of our students’ spiritual development, and assist them in their pursuit of academic excellence and success.

Dedicated and talented teachers and staff model life-long learning by providing a well-rounded and stimulating curriculum.

We value our role in preparing our students to live their faith as citizens in service to the world.

We choose to make the sacrifice to send our kids to Sacred Hearth Catholic School because of the sense of family and community. The interaction of the children in the respective grade levels K-8 is heart warming. You very rarely see junior high age kids reach out to the little ones and make it a point to say hello or ask about their days. This is the reason we send our kids to SHCS.
